摘要
目的:研究局部冻伤对红细胞变形能力的影响.方法:以血液粘度法和激光衍射法,检测大鼠双后足中度冻伤前后不同时间RBC变形能力的改变及有关的血液流变学参数.结果:大鼠冻伤后血液粘度及RBC的聚集性增高;RBC在全血中的变形能力降低,而在悬浮液中的变形能力增强.结论:局部冻伤后,RBC在全血中变形能力降低并非因RBC本身的功能异常,而主要是血液粘度增高使RBC聚集性增强等外因的影响所致.
Aim: To study the effects of local cold injury on RBC deformability. Methods: RBC deformability and relative hemorrheological parameters were determined by viscometry and laser diffractometry at different time before and after moderately frostbite of rats hind feet. Results: After cold injury, blood viscosity and RBC aggregability increased; and RBC deformability decreased in whole blood but increased in suspention. Conclusion: The decrease of RBC deformability after local cold injury is not due to the abnormal change in RBC itself but to the influences of high aggregability of RBC caused by high blood viscosity.
