摘要
WTO过渡期满后,我国将全面履行市场准入承诺,服务业将是下一轮开放的重点。而我国服务业发展水平低,竞争力弱,所以需要有效的规制措施来减缓服务业所受到的冲击以提升竞争力。在当今世界各国服务业逐步扩大开放的形势下,对我国服务业和服务贸易进行规制,既有国际贸易理论基础,也不违背服务贸易规则,还有其他发达国家的经验可以借鉴。
After the transition period of China＇s entry into WTO expiration,China will fulfill its promises of WTO entry in all-round ways.Service industry will be the focal point of the next round of China＇s opening to outside world.But the development level of our service industry is low with weak competitive ability,so the effective regulation is needed to slow down the impact which our service industry will receive,and to promote its competitive ability.Under the circumstances that service industry opens to the outside world step by step in every country, Regulation of our Sevice Industry and service in trade is
based on the intemational trade theory, while does not go against service trade regulation, as well as take successful experience of regulation of service industry and service trade in other devdoped country .
