摘要
企业并购包括四个阶段:并购前规划阶段、并购交易阶段、并购后整合阶段、同化与融合阶段。在不同的阶段均有一项重要工作,就是人力资源整合。人力资源整合工作贯穿企业并购全程,在不同阶段应采取不同的人力资源整合策略,尤其是需要加强企业文化整合,重点是被并购企业人员价值观和行为习惯的整合。
The enterprise's mergers and acquisitions(M&As) included four stages:plan phase,trade phase,integration phase and merge phase.The integration of human resources in different stage are very important matter while in the process of the enterprise's mergers and acquisitions(M&As),so we should adopt different human resources integration tactics,Especially strengthening the corporate culture'integration.The point is the integration of the staff'values and habit.
