摘要
该文简要介绍了美国加利福尼亚州200多年来水资源开发利用可持续发展战略及取得的成功经验,同时分析了武汉市水资源开发利用现状及存在的问题,并结合武汉市的实际情况,提出了武汉市在“十一五”期间做好“水文章”的几点建议。
The article briefly introduces the water resource development and utilization sustainable development strategy since 200 years and more of USA California and its achieved successful experi- ence,and at same time,analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the water re- source development and utilization in Wuhan City,and combined with the practical conditions of Wuhan City,puts forward several suggestions to do the“water works”well during“the Eleventh Five-year Plan”in Wuhan City.
