埋置式波纹钢板管结构的计算方法比较 被引量:10

摘要 由于波纹板的刚度和对变形的适应能力,使埋置式钢质波纹管具有施工方便、环保等特点,被广泛应用于水利治理、隧道、小跨径桥梁等许多方面。该文采用有限元模型和环形压力理论进行内力分析,通过计算实例比较可知环形压力理论与有限元的计算结果基本一致。文章还认为拼接形式波纹管结构的接缝强度可以按承压形螺栓考虑,但钢结构规范计算的连接强度明显低于外国规范的强度,按目前的国家标准计算螺栓强度将成为设计的控制因素。 The embedded steel corrugated pipe is widely applied in many aspects of the water con- servancy harnessing,tunnel,small-span bridges and etc.because of the corrugated plate rigidity and deformation adapting capability making the embedded steel corrugated pipe have the characteristies of construction convenience and environment protection.The article uses the finite element model and ring pressure theory to carry out the inner force analysis.Through the comparison of the calculation examples,it can be known that the ring pressure theory,is basically identical with the calculation re- sult of the finite element.The article also considers that the joint strength of the spliced corrugated pipe structure can be designed on the compression bolt,but the connecting strength of the steel structure by the standard calculation is obviously lower than the strength of the foreign standard.The bolt strength calculated on the present national standard will become the control factor of design.
