摘要
通过路面破碎机对旧沥青路面进行破碎,使集料达到水泥稳定土颗粒级配要求,经过击实试验,取得不同水泥剂量的最大干容重和最佳含水量,进行无侧限抗压强度试验,确定施工配合比。经过破碎、加水、整平、布水泥和二次破碎及加水、稳压、整平、碾压等施工工艺,达到设计要求。
The pavement crusher is used to crush the old asphalt pavement so as to make the ag- gregates reach the cement steady soil grain gradation requirement.After the ramming,the different cement dosages of the maximum dry capacity and the best water content are achieved.The non-side limited compression strength test is carried out to determine the construction mixture ratio.The de- sign requirements can be reached after the construction technologies of crushing,watering,leveling, cementing,secondary crushing,watering,stabilizing,leveling and rolling.
