摘要
本文从自然环境特点与存在问题出发,对“三北”地区土地的适宜性及其限制因素进行了分析,并确定了评价指标与评价系统。在此基础上,对“三北”地区土地合理利用与布局提出了意见。
The paper, from the characteristics of natural environment point ofview, analyses the land adaptability and some restricted factors in ThreeNorths' regions, establishes evaluation index and system and puts forwardsome suggestions on rational ultilization of land and its distribution in theThree Norths' Shelter-forest Region.
