交互式语音应答系统是呼叫中心的重要部分,它也被广泛用来作为增值业务的平台。SIP协议是VoIP技术中的一种应用层(信令)协议,用于在IP网络上建立,修改和终止多个参与者之间的会话。文章设计了一个基于SIP协议的交互式语音应答系统,并给出了核心部分的具体实现。

Interactive Voice Response System is an important part of call center ,it is also widely used as a platform for many value-added services. The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an application-layer control (signaling) protocol for creating, modifying and terminating sessions with one or more participants in Internet. In this paper, Interactive Voice Response System based on SIP was presented, and realization of the core part of the system was discussed.
