According to items included in encouragement category for industry structure adjustment（in regard to valve industry） under ＂the eleventh five-year planning＂, it is introduced and analyzed in this article about the issue that more valves should be made domestically instead of importation, raising some strengthened measures to accelerate this process so as to achieve the goal.
