摘要
作者在对西北干旱地区水资源利用状况研究的基础上,进一步系统的分析了水资源利用后对西北干旱区环境的变化及其水文效应,进而使整个水资源开发利用模式发生变化。作者指出了流域统一规划的重要性与合理利用的途径。
Based on the study of utilization of water resource in arid areas of nor-thern China,the writers make a further analysis of the environmental changesand hydrological effect in the arid areas if water resource could be well uti-lized. The importance of the unified valley planning and rational utilizationmeasures of water resource are emphasized.
