青霉素生产滤布的选择试验

Choice for the Filtering Medinm of Penicillin Sodium Crystalloid Solution

目的:通过青霉素结晶液过滤的小试研究筛选合适的过滤介质。方法:对进口和国产两种滤布进行生产青霉素所需要溶媒的溶出物试验;以固产和进口滤布以单层、双层方式进行结晶液过滤试验。结果:双层国产滤布、单层进口滤布的过滤效果较好,过滤速度快,滤液澄清。结论:双层国产滤布、单层进口滤布可以作为过滤介质在实际生产中试用。

Through the experiment of the menstruum dissolved matter with the filter cloth made in Chian and the import one and vacuumize filter the crystalloid solution, we come to the conclusion that the crystal separation effect is better to use the single layer import polyester filter cloth and the double layer nylon filter cloth. The filter velocity is quick, the filter liquor is clarified and penicillin content is low. So we can use these two kinds of filter cloth in industrial production.
