摘要 实验用离体猪脑血管标本(基底动脉环)研究组胺(His)及其受体拮抗剂对脑血管舒缩作用的影响。His10(-5)mol/L使脑血管收缩,达最大张力(055±0.14)g,但维持时间较短,随之血管舒张。H1受体拮抗剂苯海拉明、扑尔敏可拮抗His对脑血管的收缩作用,并使His的量一改曲线平行右移,最大反应不压低,其PA2值分别为8.54和9.67。H2受体拮抗剂西米替了、雷尼替了可拮抗His的舒血管效应,使其量一效曲线左移。结果表明,在猪脑血管上存在着不同的His受体亚型,分别参与对猪脑血管舒编作用的调节。 The regulation of histamine (His) and its receptor antagonists on isolated cerebral vessels was investigated. The basilar artery of pigs was used to test the effects of His receptor agonist and antagonists.His 10-5 mol/L produced the maximal contractive effect of the vessel up to (0-.55±0. 14) g, then it dilated immediately. The H1 receptor antagonists (diphenhydramine and chlorpheniramine) parallelly shifted the dose-response curve of His to the right without a lower maximal response, the pA, value being 8. 54 and 9. 67 respectively; while the H, receptor antagonists could delay the dilation and induce the dose-rcpponse curve to shift to the left. It is suggested that on the porcine cerebral vessels there are different subtypes of His receptors, which play a role in the regulation of contraction and dilation of the vessels.
