肌内注射时臀中肌定位方法探讨

The Position Research of the Gluteus Mudius During the Intramuscular Injection

目的探讨肌内注射中臀中肌的准确定位。方法对285例臀中肌肌内注射病人分别采用不同定位方法后注射,一组采用改进定位即以小指末端骨隆突置于髂前上棘,小指紧沿髂棘外侧三横指为肌注面,另一组采用髂前上棘外侧三横指避开改进定位区域为肌注面,采用mecil疼痛问答法,患者评估注射过程疼痛程度。结果2种定位法的疼痛评分有显著性差异,改进定位法注射时疼痛程度明显减轻。结论改进定位较传统定位能更准确定位臀中肌。

Objective：To study how to determine the position of the gluteus medius accurately during the intramuscular injection.Methods 285 patients were injected in the gluteus medius by the different fix position rules.Some people were injected in the field covered by three pieces of fingers when the fifth finger was along the iliac spine and the end spine was aligned with the anterior superior iliac spine. And some people were injected in the field covered by three pieces of fingers minus the field mentioned above when the fifth finger was along with the anterior superior iliac spine.The ache degree were evaluated by the patients by the mecil ache interlocution method. Results： When injecting different positions, the ache degree is Obviously different. When the updated field was applied ,the ache was slighter.Conclusion： The field updated is more accurate than the conventional field.
