The practice of applying communication and signal interface management files （IMF） in the construction of passenger special railway was introduced, which was different from the traditional operation mode with more planned and advanced considerations on the exchange of various kinds of document and information. The composition, establishment, definition of interface matrix and code, communication and signal interface schemes of IMF were given with actual cases to explain interface management procedure.
