摘要
我国水泥工业配套纯低温余热发电技术的市场需求巨大。纯低温余热发电技术是水泥工业“四零一负”战略的重要组成。我国自主研发的水泥工业纯低温余热发电技术的吨熟料余热发电量与理论值还有很大的差距。日本在我国推广的水泥工业余热发电技术大部份仍停留在10年前的水平,德国海德堡水泥公司以有机工质戊烷(C5H12)汽轮机和导热油为热载体的余热锅炉组成的利用篦冷机废气余热的发电系统具有较高的发电水平,美国Recurrent工程公司开发了Kalina工业废热回收发电系统,正欲进入水泥工业市场。
