教师是高校人力资源中的较高层次的精华部分,因此,教师人才资源能否可持续、健康地发展是高校教育事业发展的核心部分。本文介绍了可持续发展观的哲学内涵,针对目前高校教师人力资源管理的特点、存在的问题,提出现代教师人力资源可持续发展管理模式的核心是树立“以人为本”的管理理念,同时在可持续发展观的视角下,积极探索和思考高校教师人力资源可持续发展的管理机制及对策。

The paper studies the philosophical connotation of the viewpoint of sustainable development and sets forth the concept that the core of the management mode is humanism. It also discusses the management mechanism and the countermeasures of the human resources management concerning university teachers.
