摘要
目的检测并分析阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者空腹血糖和真胰岛素及载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性,探讨AD患者体内胰岛素变化。方法随机选取70例正常人(对照组)、55例AD患者(AD组),检测其空腹血糖和真胰岛素及apoE基因多态性,将AD患者按轻、中重度和不同apoE基因型分组后与相应的对照组进行比较。结果AD患者各组空腹血糖与相应对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);轻度AD组真胰岛素较对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),中重度AD组真胰岛素较对照组升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);无apoEε4基因AD组较无apoEε4基因对照组真胰岛素升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),有apoEε4基因AD组、有apoEε3基因AD组及无apoEε3基因AD组分别与相应对照组比较,真胰岛素差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论AD患者体内胰岛素异常,在疾病的严重程度及不同apoE基因型之间有差异。
Objective To test the levels of fasting plasma glucose and true insulin and apolipoprotein E genotype in patients with Alzheimer' s disease(AD) and study whether the insulin levels are related to the severity of dementia and apolipoprotein E(apoE) or not. Methods The levels of fasting plasma glucose and true insulin and apoE genotype in 70 healthy age-matched adults(control group) and 55 patients with AD were measured and analyzed. Results No differences were observed for the levels of fasting plasma glucose between all AD groups and control group ( P 〉 0.05). No differences were observed for true insulin levels between the mild AD group and control group ( P 〉 0.05). True insulin values were significantly higher in the moderate and severe AD groups compared with the control group( P 〈 0.05). True insulin values were significantly higher in the AD/no-apoE ε4 genotype group compared with eontrol/no-apoE ε4 group( P 〈 0.05). No differences were observed for true insulin levels in AD/apoE ε4 genotype group, AD/apoE ε3 genotype group or AD/no-apoE ε3 genotype group compared with their corresponding control groups respeetively ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Plasma insulin level is abnormal in AD and has differences between different apoE genotypes.
