摘要
研制了一种有机铬交联剂CXJ-Ⅱ,并进行了工业生产。性能评价表明:CXJ-Ⅱ交联剂具有较宽的成胶浓度范围,HPAM浓度为1000mg/L时,Cr3+浓度在(20~200)mg/L的范围内体系都可以成胶,在(20~100)mg/L时均能得到性能较好的凝胶体系;CXJ-Ⅱ交联剂的成胶性能良好,聚合物浓度最低可达到200mg/L;不同聚合浓度的凝胶体系具有良好的稳定性,90天时体系依然可保持较高粘度。对工业产品的性能评价表明,CXJ-Ⅱ交联剂产品性能稳定,其生产工艺是可行的。
CXJ-Ⅱ organic chromium crosslinker had been prepared in laboratory and produced in industry. The analysis results indicated that CXJ-Ⅱ crosslinker was excellent to form polymer gel. With 1000mg/l HPAM, the Cr3+ concentration of the crosslinker in 20mg/l ~200mg/l, the system can crosslink,but better in 20mg/l~100mg/l. The dosage of HPAM could be minimized to 200mg/l. The crosslinking system had excellent thermal stability and high viscosity in 90 days. The process of manufacture and performance of production are stable.
