摘要
氮气泡沫堵水技术是在注入液体中掺入氮气使发泡剂发泡,利用气阻效应(贾敏效应),使液体不能沿微观大孔道、宏观高渗层或高渗区窜流,达到封堵高含水层的目的。从泡沫堵水机理入手,针对火烧山油田H3油藏,进行了氮气泡沫堵水剂配方的优化,分别对发泡剂、稳泡剂、交联剂进行了筛选,并开展了岩芯封堵实验及提高采收率实验,制定了现场单井堵水工艺实施方案,对泡沫堵水段塞组合、施工压力、排量等现场施工工艺进行了优化,并顺利完成现场试验。
The water-plugging technique of nitrogen foam for plugging the water layer of oilfield by Jamin effect has been studied in this paper. Many aspects have been introduced in this paper including selecting the foamer,foam stabilizing agent and crosslinker,optimizing the formulation of water-plugging agent,conducting core plugging and recovery rate experiments in the lab,drawing up the implement plan of water-plugging process for single well,selecting the slug complex,working pressure and flowrate.And finally the field job has been carried out successfully in the Huoshaoshan H3 oilfield.
