摘要
分析了带式无级变速器最大、最小速比的机构设计问题和带偏移问题,给出中心距、带长、带轮工作直径、主动轮固定盘与从动轮固定盘轴向间距等机构参数的设计公式。分析了皮带偏移的原因,提出通过调整主动轮固定盘与从动轮固定盘的轴向间距来控制皮带偏移,从而改善变速时皮带振动的方法。
The design criteria of mechanisms for an adjustable speed V-belt drives was presented, along with the maximum-speed and minimum-speed ratio design and the reduction of tilt of belt. The criteria and formula were concluded to decide the distance between sheave centers, the length of belt, the sheave working diameters,and the location of the stationary plate of sheave to decrease the vibration of belt shifting speed. It was also notable that the fundamental cause of belt-tilting was systematically analyzed, suggesting selective coaxial distance between the fixing-plates of both primary and slave wheels as the ultimate countermeasure against belt-tilting, thus greatly eliminating vibration of belt at variable speeds.
