摘要
本文提出了一种新型的纤维铺放头总体机构和控制方案。该方案可实现纤维铺放时纤维纱的剪切、重送、夹紧、施压等功能。方案中利用气缸带动的铰链机构使得切刀或压头动作,实现纤维纱的剪切和夹紧;利用伺服电机驱动的摩擦轮和风力辅助的方法实现纤维纱的重送;利用气缸和压辊实现对纱带在模具表面的加压,通过调整气缸压力的大小来达到给定的压力。原理样机研制表明该装置夹紧、剪切动作迅速、可靠,重送位置准确,证明了该铺放头方案的可行性。
A new mechanical and control scheme of the fiber placement head is designed. The head can precisely cut, clamp, restart and compact individual prepreg tows. The cutting knife or pressure head is linked with hinges drived by air cylinder to implement the cutting or clamping function. The restarting function is implemented by applying the friction wheel and air-blast device. The compacting function is implemented by the air cylinder and pressure roll and the compression force is adjusted by setting the pressure of air cylinder. The prototype is manufac- tured and experiment results indicate that the claming and cutting modules act rapidly and reliably and restarting module runs accurately. All these results prove the feasibility of the scheme.
