摘要 通过对绕丝嘴展纱机理的分析,设计了三种结构形式的绕丝嘴;分别测试了绕丝嘴在环向和纵向缠绕时的展纱宽度。通过对绕丝嘴展纱的研究,对三轴缠绕机提出了新要求。认为在四轴缠绕机上应用3#绕丝嘴,将更能精确地控制纱带宽。使缠绕工艺能切实地满足产品的结构设计要求。 Three structures of guide heads are designed by analyzing mechanism of filament spreading with winding guide head. Filament spreading width is tested separately under the hoop and helical winding. Meanwhile, new requirements of 3 - axis winding machine are imposed. The authors think the filament bandwidth is controlled more exactly if 3 # guide head is applied to 4- axis winding machine, and it makes winding process satisfy the requirements of structural design.
