摘要
通过开展国内首条万吨级玻璃纤维池窑纯氧燃烧技术研究,设计纯氧双燃料喷枪,研制纯氧燃烧的玻纤池窑熔制技术和纯氧燃烧生产过程控制系统,达到节能降耗的目的,并分析了其应用后的效益情况。本研究对于玻璃纤维行业持续、快速发展起到推动作用,对于相关行业的发展起到很好的参考作用,符合国家建设资源节约、环境友好型社会的需求。
Oxy - fuel firing technology, including design of dual fuel burner, melting and process control system, was applied to the first glassfiber furnace with ten thousand tons capacity in China for the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing. Profit generating after application was also analyzed. This project was impetus to the sustainable and rapid development for fiberglass industry, which offered good references for relative industry, Conforming to requirements of constructing economical resource and friendly environment for society.
