基尼系数的计算方法与实证分析——以内蒙古自治区为例

Positive Analysis and Calculating Method on Gini Coefficient——such as Inner Mongolia

基尼系数是目前世界各国广泛使用的衡量贫富差距的指标。根据我国现有的统计年鉴资料,由三角形法推出的计算公式简便实用。通过三角形法计算的内蒙古1994—2004年的基尼系数显示,2004年全区基尼系数达到了0.415,比1998年上升了0.094,表明内蒙古全区收入分配不合理状况已开始显现。

Gini coefficient is a wide index on measuring the gap between the rich and the poor for all over the world, the calculating formula by deducing the triangular method is still simple and useful, according to our own statistic yearbook data. This article calculate the Gini coefficient between in1994 -2004 by the triangular method, and analyzes the reason on the resident income gap of Inner Mongolia, it also offers the suggestion on how to reduce the gap of income.
