建设创新型国家是我国实现全面小康的必然选择。加强社会主义道德建设,为科技创新提供良好的道德环境,是其必然要求。本文从分析在建设创新型国家的进程中进行社会主义道德建设的可能性、必要性入手,探讨社会主义道德建设应遵循的基本原则。

In order to realize the overall well-to-do living standards, the construction of an innovative country is the dispensable choice in our country. Strengthening the construction of socialist morals is the indis pensable demanding to provide scientific and technological development with a good moral environment. This paper aims to analyze the possibility and necessity of improving socialist morals in the process of constructing an innovative country and discusses the basic principles which should be followed in the construction of socialist morals.
