摘要
环境法理论的产生、发展、创新与突破等或多或少都离不开自然法理念的推动。本文通过回顾环境法的发展历程,探寻自然法在其中所起的积极影响,以及环境法学的原则和制度中渗透着的自然法的合理思想,展望在自然法理念的指导下促进环境法的新发展。
The emergence, development, innovation and breakthrough of the theories of environmental law are more or less driven by the concepts of natural law. This article, through the review of development of environmental law, is to search for the positive influence of natural law on it and the rational thoughts of natural law penetrating in the principle and system of environmental law. It also looks into the new development of environmental law under the guidance and promotion of natural law.
