两种激光治疗鼻中隔血管瘤疗效的比较

Comparison of CO_2 and Nd:YAG Laser in the Treatment of Nasal Septal Hemangioma

目的探讨和比较 CO_2激光和 Nd:YAG 激光治疗鼻利特尔区血管瘤的方法和疗效。方法对160例鼻利特尔区血管瘤患者分别采用 CO_2激光和 Nd:YAG 激光进行凝固治疗。观察两种不同波长的激光对不同大小的两组血管瘤的疗效。结果 CO_2激光和 Nd:YAG 激光治疗总有效率分别为79.4%和83.7%;治疗鼻利特尔区小血管瘤的有效率分别为94.1%,72%;较大血管瘤的有效率分别为64.7%,88.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两种激光治疗鼻利特尔区小血管瘤均有效,CO_2激光优于 Nd:YAG 激光;而较大血管瘤则相反。应根据血管瘤的具体大小选择不同的激光治疗。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2007,7:162-163)

Purpose To explore and compare the efficacy of CO2 Laser and Nd：YAG laser in the treatment of nasal septal hemangioma in the Little area. Methods One hundred and sixty cases with nasal septal hemangioma in the Little area were randomly divided into two groups： CO2 laser-treated group （68 cases） and Nd：YAG-treated group （92 cases）. A comparison of the therapeutic effect of the two laser remedies was made between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 79.4% in the CO2 laser-treated group and 83.7% in the Nd：YAG group. The effective rate was 94.1% in the CO2 laser group and 72% in the Nd：YAG group for treatment of small hemangioma; for the relatively large hemangioma was 64.7% and 88. 1% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Condusion The therapeutic efficacy of CO2 laser is better than that of Nd：YAG laser for the treatment of small hemangioma in the Little area. However, for the large hemangioma, the efficacy of Nd：YAG laser is better than CO2 laser. Based on different size of hemangioma, suitable laser should be employed.
