肿瘤细胞外基质蛋白-1——ECM-1的研究进展

摘要 细胞外基质蛋白-1(extracellular matrix protein-1,ECM-1)是新近发现的一种分泌性糖蛋白。该蛋白可能与肿瘤的浸润、转移有关系。本文从 ECM-1的基因水平、蛋白水平、组织表达及可能的功能的研究进展进行综述。
