The development of powerful exp1osive in China and abroad was related in this paper .In accordance with the situation of weapon development in our country ,reserching and applying the powerful explosive were proposed so as to meet the requirement of renewal and change on new type missiles and ammunitions.On the basis of analysing the progress of technology,the technical ways of developing powerful explosive had been advanced.
