摘要 氧化应激是在机体内活性氧生成和抗氧化物质失衡状态下,直接或间接通过信号转导通路引起细胞的损伤,是许多疾病的病因,同时又是许多疾病发生、发展的结果.研究表明,氧化应激在急性胰腺炎的发病中发挥重要作用,还与胰腺炎时胰腺外器官,如心、肝、肺、肾、消化道等的损伤有密切联系.氧化应激产生大量的活性氧和活性氮,引起炎症反应及微循环障碍,通过不同途径引起细胞坏死或凋亡,造成胰腺及其他脏器的功能障碍甚至衰竭.抗氧化剂可减少氧自由基的产生或直接清除机体产生的氧自由基,并增强机体的抗氧化能力,对急性胰腺炎具有较好的治疗作用. Under the imbalance between generation of reactive oxygen species and inadequate antioxidant defense systems, oxidative stress can cause cell damage either directly or indirectly through altering signaling pathways. It is the etiopathogenisis and also the consequence of many diseases. Oxidative injury plays an important role not only in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis (AP) but also in pancreatitis-induced damages of other organs such as heart, liver, lung, kidney, alimentary canal and so on. Oxidative stress can produce a higher level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS), which induce inflammatory reaction and microcirculation disturbance, and cell necrosis or apoptosis, leading to pancreatic inflammation and multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. The antioxidants can decrease the production of oxygen free radicals (or directly scavenge'them), protect the antioxidant enzyme activity, reinforce the antioxidative capacity of bodies, and consequently play an obvious therapeutic effect on AP.
