摘要 建立了微波萃取-紫外分光光度分析火场燃烧残留物的方法。用正交实验设计结合单因素试验优化了微波萃取条件:萃取温度65℃,萃取时间5min,萃取溶剂15mL。将萃取方法也进行了比较,结果表明,与超声萃取和搅拌萃取相比,微波萃取法快速、高效。用本法对不同助燃物的紫外光谱中特征吸收峰进行了分析比较,从而快速鉴定助燃物类型。 A method for analysis of the burning residue at fire scene was established by ultraviolet spectrophotometry combined with microwave-assisted extraction. The optimal conditions of microwave extracting were obtained by orthogonal test and single factor test:extraction temperature of 60℃ ,extraction time of 10 minute,and the volume of extraction solvent of 15mL. Compared with the ultrasound-assisted extraction method and stirring extraction method, the microwave-assisted extraction method was time saving and more efficient. The method was successfully applied to the rapid identification of different combustion-supporting materials by analyzing and comparing with the characteristic absorption peaks of the UV spectrum.
