摘要
以Na2CO3粉末处理皂化残液沉淀Ca2+可以消除CaSO4对光度法测定结果的干扰,催化剂NiSO4-CuSO4配比为80∶20,通过正交设计法得到消化最佳实验条件为:消化温度175℃、浓硫酸用量30mL、催化剂用量0.2g、消化时间15min。本法测定的CODCr值与标准回流法所得结果一致,且本法比标准回流法省时。
Saponification residue liquid was treated with sodium carbonate powders. The influence of CaSO4 on determination of the method can be eliminated. Catalyst NiSO4 and CuSO4 were mixed with the ratio of 80 : 20. The experimental conditions were optimized as the temperature of 175C, with the addition of sulfuric acid 30mL,catalyst 0. 2g and the reaction time 158miu, The results were in accordance with those by normal circumfluence method with less time.
