摘要
采用基体匹配技术,相同牌号的铝合金标准样品绘制校准曲线,用氢氧化钠、过氧化氢和硝酸溶解铝合金试样,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法直接测定铝合金中Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Si、Ti、Zn7种元素含量。方法简便、快速。回收率95.7%—102.4%,相对标准偏差0.45%—1.21%。
The samples were dissolved with sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide and nitric acid. The same type standard materials of aluminum alloy were used for standard curve measurement. 7 elements,i, e. Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Si,Ti and Zn in aluminum alloy were directly determined by ICP- AES with matrix matching. The recoveries are 95.7%--102.4%, and the RSDs are 0.45%-1.21%.
