摘要
本文对无速度传感器的软起动器进行了深入部析,所研究的软起动器具备四种起动方式:电压斜坡起动、限流起动、转速斜坡起动和分级变频起动。提出了基于无速度传感器的分级变频高转矩异步电机软起动方案。研制出基于80C196KC单片机控制的无速度传感器的分级变频高转矩软起动器。该软起动器具有结构简单,起动转矩大,能实现速度闭环控制的优点,使软起动器控制技术提高了一步,并且有持续研究开发的前景,有望在较广泛的应用领域得到推广应用。
The paper deeply analyzes the non-velocity sensor soft starter. It has 4 staring modes: voltage pitch starting, current limit starting, rotational speed pitch starting and graduation variable frequency starting. The soft starting scheme of graduation variable frequency high torque asynchronous motor based on non-velocity sensor is presented. The non-velocity sensor graduation variable frequency high torque soft starter based on 80C 196KC SCM control is researched. The soft starter has advantages of simple structure, high starting torque and speed close-loop control which improve the control technology of soft starter. It has prospect of constant R&D and is expected to extend and use in wide range application field.
