摘要
目的探讨曲安奈德局部注射治疗小面积瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及护理措施。方法对144例经其他方法治疗无效的小面积瘢痕疙瘩患者,采用曲安奈德局部注射治疗,并严格执行操作原则,加强皮肤护理。结果144例患者经治疗后,有效率为93.06%。结论使用曲安奈德局部注射可有效治疗小面积瘢痕疙瘩。
Objective To explore the effect of triamcinolone acetonide on small areas of cheloid. Method s Local injection of triamcinolone acetonide was indicated to 144 patients with small areas of cheloid when they failed to respond to other therapies. Skin nursing was strictly manipulated. Results The effective rate was 93.06%. Conclusion Local injection of triamcinolone acetonide can effectively treat small areas of cheloid.
