Study on platelet change of idiopathic scoliosis patients

本文对特发性脊柱侧凸与血小板形态和功能异常的关系的相关研究,重点讨论了肌肉假说和骨骼假说。提出了特发性侧凸病因学研究中血小板异常的研究存在的问题,指出进一步研究的方向。

Nowadays, The etiology of idiopathic scoliosis（IS）, the most common form of scoliosis, is unclear. This article reviews the related researches on the relationship between IS and the abnormality of the morphology and function of platelet. We discuss the muscle hypothesis and skeletal hypothesis and point out the problem about those studies and the possible method.
