内镜下置放覆膜镍钛合金食管支架治疗食管狭窄护理

Nursing of putting nickel-titanium alloy stents with membrane-covered into esophagus under the endoscope to cure esophageal stenosis

目的:探讨内镜下置放覆膜镍钛合金食管支架的护理。方法:对28例食管癌患者内镜下置放覆膜镍钛合金食管支架进行,术前做好心理护理,术中协助医生做好支架定位和病情观察,术后加强并发症的护理和饮食管理。结果:所有病例均一次置放成功。结论:有效的护理工作对内镜下置放覆膜镍钛合金食管支架的顺利进行尤为重要。

Objective To explove the rursing of putting nickel-titanium alloy stents with Membrane-covered into esophagus under the endoscope to cure esophageal stenosis. Methods To practise pre-operation, while-operation and post-operation nursing of 28 esophageal cancer patients into whose esophagus were put nickel-titanium alloy stents with Membrane-covered under the endoscope, that is： practising psychological nursing before operation, helping the doctor put stents into the esophagus of the patients and observing their conditions and laying emphasis on the nursing of complications and diet management. Results All the operations of putting the alloy stents into esophagus were successful. Conclusion Efficient nursing is of great importance um alloy stents into esophagus of the patients.
