派奥丽联合维生素C辅助治疗牙周炎的疗效观察

Observation of effect of treating periodontitis by periocline combined with Vit C

目的:评价派丽奥牙科用软膏的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分成两组,试验组派丽奥软膏注射于牙周袋内,同时口服VitC;对照组口服甲硝唑3日。结果:1个月后两组之间无差异(P>0.05),6个月后疗效有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:派丽奥牙科用软膏是一种有效的牙周治疗辅助药物。

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of periocline. Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Results There was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）after one month, while there was significant difference after six months（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Periocline is an effective drug for treating perildontitis.
