摘要
疲劳是导致钢桥使用寿命缩短的主要因素之一,在设计、制造、架设及后期维护中需特别注意钢桥构造细节的疲劳问题。在对疲劳荷载谱、疲劳损伤累积理论和焊接钢桥疲劳薄弱部位等分析的基础上,总结了焊接钢桥疲劳分析中需注意的一些问题。结合近些年来我国大跨径公路钢桥的建造情况,根据对部分关键构造细节所进行的疲劳试验结果,分析了几种新型结构型式和制造工艺中所存在的疲劳问题。最后总结了防止钢桥疲劳破坏的方法,指出了目前我国钢桥疲劳研究中存在的一些问题。这对有效防止钢桥疲劳破坏事故的发生,提高我国钢桥的设计和制造水平具有重要的意义。
Fatigue is one main factor that can reduce the durability of steel bridges. The fatigue performance of some details in steel bridge structures should be taken into account during design, construction and maintenance. The fatigue load spectrum and fatigue damage accumulation rule are discussed, and some suggestions for the fatigue analysis presented. On the basis of fatigue test results for some important structural details, fatigue performance of some new structures in long-span steel highway bridges built in recent years in china is studied. Finally, some methods for preventing modern steel highway bridge structures from fatigue failure are summarized.
