摘要
采用马歇尔试验配合比设计方法分别对TLA改性沥青混合料和基质沥青混合料进行了配合比设计并对其路用性能进行了检验。研究结果表明:由于TLA改性沥青中灰分的掺入,TLA改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比与基质沥青混合料的最佳油石比之间存在一个转换系数,并使得TLA改性沥青混合料最终合成级配比原合成级配变得略细,而且主要影响2.36 mm以下筛孔的通过率。TLA改性沥青混合料具有优良的高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗渗性,可应用于我国高速公路沥青路面工程中。
Marshall test design methods of asphalt mixtures are used to design the TLA modified asphalt mixture and its base asphalt mixture respectively and their road performances are tested. The results show that the rate of optimum oil-stone ratio of the TLA modified asphalt mixture to that of its base asphalt mixture is certain,and ultimate graduation of the TLA modified asphalt mixture is finer than previous graduation due to the TLA modified asphalt mixture's ash content and the aggregates(less than or equal to 2.36 mm) are increased. The TLA modified asphalt mixture has excellent performance at high temperature, the capacity of moisture-resistance damage and impermeability. So it can be applied for asphalt pavement engineering of expressway in China.
