摘要
介绍了气、液压弹簧保压带负荷压放电极把持器在16.5 MVA电炉上应用的成功经验。提出要实现真正意义上的带负荷压放电极,应从整个电极的电极把持系统的气、液压管路绝缘、电极壳、把持筒、电极压放装置、电极抱紧装置等几个方面统筹考虑和完善性改进设计的建议。
It introduces the successful experience of gas and hydraulic pressure spring pressure maintaining load screwdown electrode holder applied to 16.5 MVA furnace. It puts forward that in order to make the load screwdown electrode holder at real significance, we should make overall consideration and improve design level of the whole electrode system from the following fields, such as, insulation on gas and hydraulic pressure tubes, electrode shell, electrode holder, electrode screwdown equipments and gripping facilities etc.
