摘要
介绍了PLC和触摸屏技术相结合在12.5 MVA矿热炉中的自动控制与应用,并对该控制系统中的触摸屏页面设计和PLC的原理及作用进行了分析。该技术将人的因素降到了最低程度,并能及时准确地记录电炉的运行参数,电极电流控制精度大大提高,为冶炼生产与工艺分析提供了科学真实的数据。具有较好的推广应用前景。
It introduces the automatic control with technology of touch screen and PLC applied in 12.5 MVA submerged arc furnace. It analyses the theory and effect of PLC, and as well as the page setup of touch screen in the system. This technology reduces human factor to the minimum. The technology can record operation parameter of furnace exactly.The controlled accuracy of electrode current can be improved sharply. It provides the real statistics to the smelting process and technological analysis. It will be with the bright applicable prospect.
