经济发展,教育先行。作为教育重要组成部分的成人教育是传统的普通学校教育向终身教育发展的一种新型教育制度,是建构学习型社会、提高全民族科学文化素养的重要途径,是现当代教育体系中终身教育制度创立不可缺少的重要组成部分,是促进我国社会主义经济建设与发展的重要生力军。因此,大力发展成人教育对我国经济建设是十分必要的。
