摘要
目的 通过对我国综合性非营利医院管理队伍现状及素质要求的调查,提出医院管理职业化措施。方法 采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法进行调查。结果 我国综合性非营利医院职能科室中层管理人员存在整体素质不高、管理制度与职业化意识缺乏等主要问题。结论 医院管理队伍的现状与职业化管理有相当的距离,应从管理培训人手,建设一支专业化的医院管理队伍,健全各项制度,推进医院职业化管理队伍的建设。
Objective To investigate the current status of management team in non-profit general hospitals and to put forward measures for hospital professional management in China. Methods The multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the status of middle managers in executive departments of non-profit general hospitals in China. Results The existed major problems in the middle managers were low overall quality, lack of management system and professional consciousness. Conclusions There is a considerable distance between the current status of hospital management team and the professional management. The hospitals should promote the professional management by introduction of management training and establishment of a professional management team and sound system.
