Study on the rural informationization in new countryside construction

基于农村信息化对新农村建设的带动作用,分析了我国农村信息化建设的现状、发展水平与结构及制约因素,对农村信息化的运行机制创新与改进进行了探讨,并提出了加快农村信息化建设的对策与建议。

Based on the induced effect of the rural informationization on new countryside construction, the current situation, development level, structure and restriction factor of rural information construction of our country were analyzed, and the operating mechanism innovates of the rural informationization were discussed. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate rural information construction were put forward.
