摘要
目的研究工频磁场对不同细胞密度人骨肉瘤细胞MG-63体外增殖的影响,为揭示磁场所致生物学效应的作用机制提供实验依据。方法在某一细胞密度下(0.90×10^4个/m1),用不同磁感应强度(1mT、2mT、3mT、4mT)的工频磁场对MG-63细胞进行体外辐射,然后改变细胞密度进行重复实验(细胞接种密度分别为0.95×10^4个/ml、1.00×10^4个/ml、1.10×10^4个/ml和1.50×10^4个/m1)。完成磁场辐射处理后,采用四唑盐比色法(MTT法)检测细胞增殖水平。结果磁场对MG-63细胞的增殖有明显的诱导效应,不同细胞密度所对应的磁效应明显不同,其中2mT磁刺激组的增值诱导效应最显著。结论工频磁场对MG-63细胞体外增殖的影响不仅与磁场强度有关,也与细胞密度密切相关。
Objective To study the effects of 50 Hz magnetic fields on the in vitro proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 with different cell densities. Methods Four different magnetic intensities (1 mT, 2 mT, 3 mT, 4 mT)were used to stimulate the cells, and the experiment was repeated with different cell densities. The method of MTT was employed to evaluate the level of proliferation. Results Fifty Hz magnetic fields significantly affected the level of proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63, and the 2 mT intensity exerted the greatest influence on it. The effects of the magnetic field differed with different cell densities. Conclusion The effect of 50 Hz magnetic fields on the in vitro proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 was not only related to the magnetic intensity, but also the cell density.
