运动训练对冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

Influence of therapeutic exercise on blood homocysteine levels in patients with coronary artery disease

目的探讨运动训练对冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将148例冠心病患者分为康复组81例及药物组67例,均给予基础药物治疗和冠心病饮食指导,康复组患者增加运动训练;药物组同时应用叶酸、维生素B_(12)治疗。结果经12周的治疗,2组Hcy水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。康复组心功能及生活质量方面较药物组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复治疗可明显降低冠心病患者Hcy水平,改善心功能状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of therapeutic exercise on plasmatic homocysteine levels, cardiac accident and the quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods A total of 148 CAD patients were randomly divided into a rehabilitation exercise group （81 patients） and a control group （67 patients）. The patients in the control group were treated with coventional drugs, while those in the rehabilitation exercise group were treated with therapeutic exercise in addition to drugs. Results After treatment, the level of plasmatic homocysteine was significantly decreased in both groups, and no significant difference was found between them （P 〉 0.05 ）. Meanwhile, the cardiac function and the quality of life of the rehabilitation exercise group was improved to a significantly larger extend than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation can decrease the level of plasmatic homocysteine and improve cardiac function as well as the quality of life in CAD patients.
