摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定格列齐特片中格列齐特含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为(Scienhome-C_(18)250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸(6:4),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为228nm。结果:格列齐特在20~140μg·ml^(-1)线性关系良好,平均回收率100.0%,RSD 0.2%。结论:该方法简便、高效,专属性强,可作为格列齐特片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets. Method. The scienhome-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The methanol-0.2% glacial acetic acid (6: 4) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 , the detection wavelength was at 228 nm. Result: The linear range of Gliclazide was 20 - 140 μg.ml^-1. The average recovery was 100.0% ,RSD 0.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and specific. It can be used for quality control of Gliclazide tablets.
