摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定退热解毒灵颗粒中柴胡皂苷a的含量。方法:采用AICHROM Hypersil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水洗脱梯度,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长210nm。结果:柴胡皂苷a在2.09～26.15μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8。平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective： To determine saikosaponins a in Tuirejieduling granules by HPLC. Method： AICHROM Hypersil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm ）was used. Mobile phase was acetonile -water with different rate, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^- 1, and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result： The linearity was obtained within the range of 2.09 -26.15 μg（ r = 0.999 8）. the average recovery was 99. 1% ,RSD = 1.18% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The metbod is simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for quality control of Tuirejieduling granules.
