贝那普利与百龄胶囊联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效

Effect of Benazepril Combined with Bailing Capsule on Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察贝那普利与百龄胶囊联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:62例患者分成单用贝那普利及贝那普利与百龄胶囊联用组,观察血压、24h尿蛋白量、血肌酐、血脂以及不良反应。两组均用药3个月。结果:除舒张压外其它指标在两组间比较有统计学差异,P<0.01、P<0.05。结论:贝那普利与百龄胶囊联用在调整血压、减少尿蛋白、保护肾功能、降血脂方面有作用,并且贝那普利的不良反应减少。

Objective： To investigate the effect of benazepril combined with bailing capsule on treatment of diabetic nephropathy （DN） . Method： Sixty-two patients were divided into two groups, benazepril alone and benazepril combined with bailing capsule; blood pressure, 24 h proteinuria , serum creatinine （Scr） , triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and adverse reactions were observed, the course of treatment was 3 months. Result： In addition to diastolic pressure, the statistics differences were showed in other indexes compared between two groups （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively. Conclusion： After benazepril combined with bailing capsule is treated, adjusting blood pressure, decreasing proteinuria,improving renal function, and lowering of TG and TC is obtained ; furthermore, adverse reaction of benazepril is decreased.
